At Catch Cameras, we want you to capture every moment with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most gear in its original, functional condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the camera, lenses, and all original accessories back into their original packaging, ensuring the box is padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the equipment's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
